Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel from the dashboard in one click; you keep Orbit until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.

What happens to my files when I cancel?

Files with a lifetime stay available until they expire, except uploader-only files, which need your active key. Permanent files are deleted 48 hours after the period ends, so download what you want to keep before then.

Is my payment secure?

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record; your card details never reach us. Your invoices are under “Manage my subscription” on the dashboard.

Can you see my files?

No. Files are encrypted on your device, and the server only ever sees encrypted data. Orbit does not change that.
