Why ttl.space
Not even we can open your files.
Your file is encrypted before it leaves your device, and its password never reaches us. No account needed to send.
-
End-to-end encryption
Files are encrypted before they leave your device. Our server only ever holds unreadable data.
-
Your password stays with you
You give the password to your recipient. Even inside the link, your browser never sends it to our server.
-
We don't even see the file name
The name, type and contents are encrypted together. Our server knows a file only by its link code.
-
No account needed
Send and receive with no sign-up, email or app. A free account is optional: it keeps your uploads and their passwords in a vault only your devices can open.
-
Leaves no trace
Delete it on first download, or let it expire on time. No cookies, no ads.
-
Big files, no restarts
Up to 6 GB free. If the connection drops, uploads and downloads pick up where they left off.
In supporting browsers, your connection to us also uses post-quantum encryption (X25519MLKEM768). An honest note: we serve the code that runs in your browser. To check it yourself, use our command-line tool; its source is on GitHub. GitHub →
